The word that is most often used to describe me is “unique”. I’m a strange amalgamation of yin and yang, dark and light. A lifetime of evolutionary work has brought me to a place where I’m incredibly comfortable in my own skin. I know myself very well and I allow all aspects of my personality to shine. I value truth and I’m always honest with myself and others. I’m thoughtful, romantic, and perceptive. I treasure all of the people in my life and I have a large support system of friends and family. Hmmm, that sounds incredibly serious. I definitely love to have fun and I’m always up for a new adventure. One of my favourite things to do is go out dancing and shake my ass all night. I grew up on a farm in Northern Alberta, and yes, I can drive all of the big machinery (including a steamroller). This is a huge paradox with my artistic abilities. I've been dancing since the age of three and have always expressed myself through painting, writing, photography, and performance. I moved to Edmonton and worked in a large medical laboratory where I was the Team Leader of Microbiology. It was a great job, but my soul needed more, so I sold or gave away everything that I owned, quit my job, and moved to Vancouver to pursue my dreams. Once here I began dancing full time (modern and ballet) and eventually moved on to acting. I've been working as an actor ever since, and I do theatre, film and television roles. I love it and feel most alive when I'm performing. It's very rewarding to be able to do what I love. Aaah...
I honestly don't have a "type". Chemistry is a strange and unpredictable thing. I'd never deprive myself of the possibility of meeting someone amazing because they don't fit through a narrow slot of criteria. I'm open to just getting to know someone and see where it goes. My experience has been that a special connection isn't always there at first and takes some time to develop.
