Well I am very business oriented person as I always think of the future and how to make it better. Long for independance and would like to share my future with right person.
I also happen to think to much of others before myself maybe someone could help control that :) I believe in respect, honor(doing the right thing always), good sense of humour, honesty whether it's good or bad. But mainly would like to find someone who likes me for what and who i am and that i could be attracted too. and most importantly no more stupid high school games, looking for an adult. (who takes love seriously)

I have been receiving emails from the ladies (thanks) but please don't take this the wrong way (being honest here hehe), as I am sure you are all great, but I would like to stay local in the maritimes, canada(I am a person who knows what he wants), as I have no wish to move-out and I have no ideal on how a long distance relationship ever work out anyway. Me, I like to find someone local so it be nice to see this special person offten, if not every day. Can't cuddle on those certain evenings if miles away and I am not in love with a phone hehe. :) I must say some of you are very attractive too, which for me sucks lol but if i lived in your areas you would definitly get a reply but need to be honest with myself. Well I accomplish my graduation in '92, worked ever since, till in '99 when things where bad for me and left for massachussetts where I successfully turned my life around "woke up into realty of the world hehe". I lived there for 6 years but in 2003 I came back for 2 months and bought and renovated my first house and sold it here in canada. From there bought 2 lots in florida in 2005 I sold them for good profit. Then after 6 years in boston I bought a brand new house by tampa bay, lived there for 6 months during winter and then lost the house as to expensive to maintain, then came back to canada. During this time also went to costa rica, nice country if your spanish lol. Sinse 2005 I have gone to florida, costa rica, boston, arizona and arkansas, so i love to travel and my next trip is at the islands this winter. Since back to canada I finished renovating the basement apartment where i live and i live with my sister as she lives upstairs but we bougth own the house, just cheaper to live. This summer well I just finished buying 2 more houses in which i renovated and lease to own these homes to 2 families that are my friends. I bring joy to families hehe feels great when one does good :) I also accomplish opening my very own company for construction last year with a partner, called M&D Construction proud of my hard work but it's what I enjoy doing the most is help people get there first home, but it's alot of energy consumed in this.


don't get the wrong idea I am not rich, but rich in success itself. I just hope down the road I can

keep in mind, treat one the way you would like to be treated like. I would like to meet someone: that I can trust to talk to openly,who would be there for me in hard times as much as good,who will support me through my business, my investments, my friends, familly and whatever else life throws out,who is understanding with me and my beliefs and who I am and where I come from, the real me,who knows who they are and where they are going in life and willing to share this,takes care of them self, like a lady but in the same time not affraid to get a little dirty now and then or break a finger nail lol,who will show me how to have a good time again like I used to.a best friend ever in life, but a friendship with it's extra's ;)who is not selfish,who has some interest in real estate as I like to buy homes, fix them and sell them, as this is one of my passions among other's, care to find out more... :)who is not judgemental or thinks that there better than the world,who is local as I would like to be frequently around when not working, so have a better chance to have fun together,hope this helps and that there is no misunderstandings :)if you need to know more you know what to do
