I'm relatively new to the area (well, actually, to the country.) I moved here from Minneapolis in June for a job. I'm funny, smart and creative. I talk a lot. I kick ass at Scrabble and Trivia pursuit. I love hockey. The coolest job I ever had was driving a Zamboni. I swear like a sailor - except when it's not appropriate for the situation, natch. I love music (dance music is my favourite.) I can't stand country music. Or smoking. I will always let you know how I feel about something. Even when I probably shouldn't. I'm normal, well-adjusted and completely child-like. I think the phrase "LOL" should be banned by law. I'm a writer, so I tend to be picky about grammar and spelling. One of my pet peeves is when people mistakenly interchange "your" and "you're" or "there", "their" and "they're". It's elementary, people. I mean really. I love taking still life photos, often in black and white. I have an affinity for bridges for some reason. I have a secret desire to be a Jeopardy champion. I think traveling to other countries would be the best way to blow some lottery winnings. I love to scuba dive. I'm a Mac. It's OK if you're a PC. I'm completely a-religious. But I'm open to other people's beliefs. I have 2 degrees, one in Theatre and Film, the other in Advertising.

My accomplishments? What an odd thing to require me to talk about. Alright, here goes, then. I've managed to play hockey for nearly 30 years without any long-lasting injuries. I scored a perfect 100% on my drivers test when I first took it (20 years ago.) I got hired at my current job over 75 other candidates from 4 countries. I was somehow elected to the Homecoming Court at my University - without running. I was the inaugural recipient of a new scholarship, on 2 different scholarships. I have played 2 7-letter words back-to-back in Scrabble. Not once, but twice. I've been to 8 countries. I've finished this little questionnaire without stabbing myself in the eye.

I am looking to meet confident, communicative, honest, fun women. Smart is sexy. Funny is required. Sarcasm is even better (or at least the ability to deal with mine.) Get to know me, and I'll return the favor (sorry, "favour". Man, I just don't get the extra U's you Canadians love so much. Hee.)
