I live in the Downtown/Westmount are of Montreal, was born in England and partly raised in Montreal. Have lived in Toronto and West Africa. Recently retired and moved back to Montreal after a long period away, so along with a successful career in translating and writing, I am beginning a new life and am interested in meeting someone who feels the same without being TOO weighed down by baggage from past relationships. We all have a little, I suppose, but I think I'm good at re-starting my life with freshness and openness. I am passionate, spontaneous, gentle and imaginative. I hope you are too.
I have had a successful career in teaching and more recently in translating and writing (including a national award three years ago). I have received recognition for services in Africa (Guinea).
