Hi. I am new at this so I will try to tell you a little about me. I am a retired plastic surgeon who lives in Anchorage, Alaska. I travel a great deal especially to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, where I own a second home. I am an avid sportsman who plays golf, tennis, basketball, surf, scuba dive,fishing and white water raft and kayak. I also enjoy the flying the unbelievable paradise of Alaska whether it be snow covered mountains or a glacier stream.
I love to cook gourmet foods, entertain, and dance. My travels are almost always to warm climates so Dallas, Orlando, and Los Angeles are frequent cities I visit. These are also the cities that my three fantastic children go to college or medical school. I have one pet cockatoo and a couple of fish. I have lots of time and energy and little baggage. I never have smoked and drink rarely.

I love all sports, not as a spectator but rather as a participant. In winter, I alpine and cross country ski. I also play fairly competitive tennis(indoors of course). In summer, I fish, fly, and play golf. I am addicted to beaches, warm water, and sun. I am a scuba dive master and try to spend as much time as possible underwater with the fishes and sea lions. Naturally these activities take place when I am in Mexico.
I also love to cook especially cajun style. I watch Emeril everytime I get a chance. I also love Thai and Vietnamese cuisine. I entertain frequently because I really enjoy my friends.
In a different life time, I was a cosmetic surgeon who traveled around the world teaching and learning cosmetic surgery. I have many physician friends who live in Europe and South America who I love to visit and who also come to Alaska to white water raft and fish.
My last great love is landscaping/gardening. I have about an acre of gardens with perennials, annuals, roses, topiaries, greenhouses, and a vegetable garden. The season is very short so I get my fill in about three months.
