In a way, I consider myself a 57 year-old hermit still with a libido and lots of testosterone.   I have never been married and at this late age, I doubt I ever take that giant step (but who knows!).  I consider myself an honest person (otherwise I wouldn't have said what I just said).  I am not into the drug or bar scene -- that is important to me.  I don't smoke --never had the desire to.  I am not into drugs and I never have been.  For beverages, I am content with a Coke or tea.  I am not really "outgoing"; but "reserved" may better describe me.  I am not into big crowds and don't care to be in any limelight.  Some say that I am a "laid back" individual.   I do take "being responsible" for the success of a task that I am assigned very seriously.  I am punctual -- don't like to be late to anything.  I usually the first one there.  I do believe in the golden rule of "Do unto others ... ".  Oh, yes!  I love to be on the receiving end of a good ol' backrub and TLC from the touch of feminine hands.   

I am been a State Goverment worker in Alabama for 31 years.  I am a governmental accountant.  Also, for 30+ years, I did broadcast engineering as a second job for Montgomery area radio stations until December, 2004.  Now that I don't have the second job, I want to get out and socialize somewhat, find a partner, and am turning to True.com.    

It's hard to say what interests I would like to have my sole mate possess.  I guess it would be interests in being a companion for food, fellowship, fun, and frolic such as dinners, movies, nice walks, nice talks, Sunday drives, or just staying at home for private togetherness. An overnight trip to a common place of interest would not be out of the question.  I would like to have a relationship with a member of the opposite sex (who has always been of the opposite sex, I might add) who is disease free, doesn't smoke, who has pride in her appearance and who is not out for a free ride.  I am not into drugs and the bar scene and she must not be either (If she wishes to "social drink", that's fine).  Oh, yes! If she wishes to be on the receiving end of a good ol' backrub and TLC, that should not be a problem, either!
