About Me

I'm a very funny, (if I say so myself), writer, artist, producer and publisher. And yes, I do make a living at it. I'm also respected in my community so I wonder what that says about the community. I've had a go as a screenwriter and now produce my own rural TV news program and publish my own magazine. I'll make you think, feel comfortable and non-pressured, and not let you feel you've wasted your time - time is one thing we can't get back. If you're used to silent guys into sports, and drinking that's not me. I talk a lot - can't help it, but I listen as well. Getting addicted to professional sports is great- until you're 15 and then it's time to move on to more important things. Those looking for a dad for their kids - hey, I can learn to love any children, but I won't get heavily involved simply to be a father for them. I'm generally optimistic and pessimists need not apply. I've been married once many years ago and had a few serious relationships since then. I probably talked them out of it by mistake. I'm very ambitious, determined and undaunted when I feel the subject at hand is right. A portion of my livlihood has been fighting for the little guy and I'll make noise if I think it'll help. And when I love someone, they know it in no uncertain terms. I enjoy astronomy, classical guitar, all sorts of music save country western. If you're into riding Harleys and other motorcycles, please keep driving along. You're not looking for a relationship - you're looking for a relationship "fix" and I'm not interested. Surely your long term goals are loftier than saying you don't want a one-night stand and then hang out with men into just that! Must be an optimist, NEVER have a "whatever" attitude, HAVE opinions! Have baggage! We all have baggage and anyone who says otherwise has been living under a rock! Saying you don't play head games IS a game! Have a plan for your future! LOVE using your brain! LOVE interacting! Think of the world and not just your own backyard! Th

Oh my God. OK, then. I was commissioned to do illustrations for NYC Ballet performers, won multi-media awards from various art shows as well as freelance illustrations for Lucasfilm, “Star Trek” creator Gene Roddenberry and “Ironsides” and “CHiPS” Producer Cy Chermak. While in Phoenix in 1993 I produced an independent film called JUSTICE BE DAMNED. I received 2 awards from the Arizona Newspaper Association for Special Section Layout and Design, won several awards for 3D animation commissioned via Spectrum Video and Film in Phoenix for RSC. I wrote for and edited “The Grapevine Newspaper” around the same time period, and was there long enough to see the paper become the third largest weekly in the State. I moved to the White Mountains of Arizona in 1998 to open a bed and breakfast, and then came upon the idea of launching a local TV News show, and called it “The White Mountain News” for the past 6 years covering close to 2,000 stories about the region and was honored to be the “Business of the Year” for the Pinetop-Lakeside Chamber of Commerce and was a nominee in 2001. I started the "Maverick" newspaper in February, 2002, I was the first recipient of the Arts Alliance of the White Mountains Mentor Award for promoting local artistic endeavors and was past President of Show Low Main Street’s Board of Directors. In December, 2005, I wrote, directed and produced another featured called “Vegas Date”.

Who I'd Like To Meet

First off, be POSITIVE thinking. Too much negativism in the world. You have to enjoy laughter immensely, Las Vegas, Thai food, ... Seriously, I think it's important to take genuine interest in each other's day to day travails. Being that I always give most situations the benefit of a doubt, I'd appreciate it if you could tell me I'm walking off a cliff with a smile on my face. I have a strong love of the arts and I'd like to see my partner have passion in her interests and try to become a part of it. I'd like her to be socially and politically aware of the world around her and not have a 'whatever' nonchalant attitude. She should like to question all sorts of things and always likes to learn more. In other words, be ALIVE. She should feel comfortable with her sexuality and not regret she's a she. Just too many women out there frustrated they weren't born men. I could never figure that out.

Are We Compatible?

We could be compatible on so many levels. Take a few compatibility tests to see how we match!
