I recently relocated to AZ from CT. I'm an adventurous gal, open to change and don't mind initiating it.

I am a professional, single woman looking forward to meeting women in the lesbian community here in Phoenix.  I am well  travelled for both work and pleasure.  I have a quick wit and feel humour goes a long way.  I am spontaneous and have an adventurous spirit..I recently changed careers from professional chef to social worker, most recently working as a therapist with adolescents and children in a psychiatrist hospital.  Very demanding yet extremely rewarding.  I'm not one to do things I'm not passionate about in terms of work...I follow my passion and the social work is about wanting to work with youth as I believe they are the most vulnerable and have the least control of their circumstances.  However, I love the food industry and feel fortunate I have the skills to take a break from one profession and do the other.  I love to be outdoors...not in a jock kind of way but in a hiking, walking, or just lying my ass on the beach kind of way.

I would like confident women and prefer them emotionally, spiritually, and financially secure.  You should also care about your grooming and appearance.  My type is feminine but I could be swayed by a soft butch.  You should be open minded about food as in you are willing to try new cuisine, restaurants...You should have a life outside of our relationship as being needy or clingy is unattractive.  that's not to say I'm not affectionate, I am very much so and prefer that you can enjoy your own company or your friends also. Clearly being independent is important.  Enough of the serious stuff...you should enjoy day trips, flea markets....the water...any water...river, lake, ocean...camping...even skiing occasionally.
