I am an independent, fun loving woman who enjoys friends, family and experiencing new things.  I have a warped sense of humor and love to laugh and tend to be pretty easy going and accepting of others.  I am not pretensious, what you see is what you get!  I am honest, loyal and outgoing and do not play games.  I am not looking to walk down the aisle any time in the immediate future, but I am also not looking for casual flings, I could have been finding that all along at the club scene.  I  have been spending the last few years raising my daughter and doing a big "mental tidy" to clear out any extra baggage I might have been carrying.  Now that I feel pretty healthy and feel that I have a lot to offer the right person, here I am!

I am a lab rat, that is, I work in a laboratory doing research on vaccines for Valley Fever.  I am proud of what I do and it is very interesting. 

I would like to meet someone who feels like a friend from the start, who I am comfortable being around, who I can talk to and who I can laugh with and be myself.  I am not looking for a sugar daddy, I work hard to support myself, but I do need a man who is good at what he does.  I do not care so much what that something is, but they should be passionate about it.  I find that men who are good at what they do for a living (school janitor, lawyer, mechanic, whatever) are happier and well adjusted people.  I would like someone who is emotionally stable (for the most part!), honest and has integrity. Chemistry is a must, the "click" must be emotional as well as physical.   Also, I have a 10 year old child who is the light of my life, so any man I date has to love children.  The good news is that I have plenty of room for another "light of my life" and am hoping to find the right man to fill the position, and if they have children of their own to bring to the mix, all the better.   I just want a happy, stable, honest man who can show love and affection, who will be a friend as well as a lover, who will get my jokes, and laugh at life with me as we grow old together.
