I recently turned 50 and am loving celebrating the my continued growth and the fullness of life! I am absolutely certain that my divine right partner is on her way to my life, as I am to her's. I am a mom - I have two adopted daughters from China. They are ten and seven and I enjoy them immensely! I hope one day to go back to China with them so they can visit the cities in which they were born and the cultural sites.  Parenting is an on-going learning experience. While hectic at times - going to dance practice, school events, etc., it is wonderful to me to see each of their personality's bloom. Spirituality, insight, growth all play an important part in my life. If you value understanding, opening of the heart, intuition, - those are qualities I am looking for in a relationship. With these qualities, we find that it is easy to be in an intimate, committed, joyful relationship. I live in the most beautiful place - Tahoe. Even going to the store means passing by meadows, the lake, and enjoying views of tall, snow covered mountains. In the summer, the smell of pine and the sound of jays fills the air. It makes it easy for me to remember to pause and to enjoy the moment. I enjoy gardening - although up here my season is limited! When I lived in Southern California I had a veggie garden most of the year - but here in Tahoe, that isn't possible, and I do miss that. Oh well, it just means more trips to the local farmers' market! Now that my girls are older, I would like to try cross country skiing or snow-shoeing with them. In the summer, we most enjoy a day at the beach, complete with a picnic (and a good book for me to read!). A trip that I hope to take in the next year or so is to the wolf sanctuary in Wyoming - wolves connect to me
