LIFE - contrary to what I had predicted, but I'm lovin it! My birthday says I'm 40. My mind, body, and spirit DOES NOT agree !!!

I decided to go this online dating route because I would like to find a female friend (eventually more then friends if we are a good fit) that has a similar life situation. My two kids live with me about 60% of the time, and they are my priority, but I also need time for myself to keep my sanity :).

I am very easy going and confident. Not much riles me up. I am sincere and affectionate and love deep conversations. I also love to laugh (especially at myself) and be crazy goofy. I am extremely honest and believe honesty can make or break a relationship (so no drama please). I grew up in a great family atmosphere that had dinner together 5 nights a week. I try to do that with my kids as well. Dinner time (patio table, blanket, TV trays) is a time for discussions and laughter as we all share about our day. The bottom line is that life is WAY to short to wallow. Let's get out there and be ourselves, find happiness in whatever we do, and learn to appreciate the little things.

I would like to find someone who can just hang out and talk, laugh (a lot), people watch, take a drive through the mountains, share intimate thoughts, go for walks, watch a movie, have dinner and drinks, dance, ride a roller coaster, take in a sunset, and have fun adventures with things we find in common...or at least the desire to do this type of stuff...(I totally understand that free time is hard to come by with the life commitments we all have).
