I am definately my own person, but who that is changes with the weather. Like the song that Meredith Brooks swiped from Ani. I am so many things...a mother, a daughter, a sister, a lover, a student, a friend, a lesbian vegetarian bookworm, so many things. I am passionate about whatever it is I am doing and if I do it, it is all the way. I can be intense in all my moods. I love going outside to do my qi gong or yoga and bike ride. I love to curl up on the couch with movies or tv. I love to share the couch with someone, each reading their own book or the paper. I love to sit on the balcony with tea and look at the stars. I love just seeing where life leads me. You can never know what the future holds, so just do the best you can in the present moments and wait until the future arrives. I love spending time with my son. He is a great kid.
oooo. I don't know how accomplished I feel about my life. I am definately not where I thought I would be (but who is?). I had hoped to be closer to being a student at Davis by now. But life has a way of throwing curveballs. My goals are fluid right now, not wanting to set anything in stone. I am active in the GSA at school and the tutoring center. I am a mother. That's about the extent of accomplishments. I have more things that I am in the process of the things completed. I'm young yet.
She would definately need to be flexible and spontaneous. A giver of copious hugs. A free and open mind filled with dozens of potential topics. Able to have a serious intellectual conversation in one moment, but then turn around and act totally crazy and silly the next. Can talk seriously when the time requires, but not take any of life too seriously, it is only life after all. She must like kids, since my son is the light of my life. Must be able to accept my vegetarian lifestyle. I just want to be able to have fun with someone who equally enjoys my company no matter what we are doing.
