Back to college to wrap up my Associate's in Psychology -after 17 years!

I've been a Holistic Health Service Provider since 1995, and specialize in Chinese Medical Theory, Asian Bodywork Therapy, and Mind/Body Dynamics.

I left college about a 3rd of the way to my Associate's degree when I discovered my passion for Eastern Healthcare. I've made a career in that, and am now shooting for a PhD in Somatic Psychology while working on some other projects.

I'm creative, yet have many traditional values. I'm waiting to have kids until I've traveled much of the world, and can afford to give them the best upbringing possible. When I have kids, they will be my new world, and I can't wait!

Meanwhile, I'm looking for that special someone to take it slow and get to know, so we can build a great foundation of friendship, trust, and shared values that will carry us through from honeymoon to the end of our days.

I care about environmental health, preserving open wild lands like the Amazon Rainforest, and I care about social equity and civil rights. I don't obsess with the goings on in the world though. I'm more concerned about my immediate life, and what I can do each day to make a difference that I can sustain. I love to have fun, and believe there's no point to living unless I'm enjoying it, living with purpose, and making a positive contribution to the world.

I have a few books I'm working on, some inventions I may patent some day, and dreams that run from simple to grand. I'm a die-hard romantic, and adventurous. But I'm also stable financially, think things through, and make good decisions all in all. I think I manage to keep a balance between living in the moment and planning for a good future.

I love music, art, dance, theater, travel, and food. I love the outdoors, and would love to learn ballroom & salsa dancing with my lady -just as much as I can enjoy mellowing out in a smokey jazz lounge, or rocking out in a seedy dive of a bar.

I founded a biodiesel co-op in San Francisco to liberate people from dependence on "Conflict Fuel" (aka Fossil Fuels, Oil, Gasoline, Petro-Diesel).

In my career, I've helped thousands of people improve their quality of life, and I know the impact of that has been rippling out in countless ways to benefit the world at large.

I'm looking for someone I can travel the world and have adventures with -someone who's fit and can exercise with me, challenge me, inspire me, and excite me. I'm looking for someone who's considerate, compassionate, creative, and kind. She's intelligent, educated, cultured, articulate, self-aware, and is proactive about her health and wellbeing. I prefer someone with good family relations who's not married yet or had children -because I don't want there to be a lot of baggage interfering with the quality of our relationship. I won't lie -looks do matter to me. Beauty and excellent hygiene are a must, but she must also have character, wit, humor, charm, talent, and skills as well. Looks will fade in time, so there has to be plenty of all those other qualities that will sustain a relationship for the long-term. I like an adventurous woman who's resilient and courageous, yet has class and likes to be treated like a lady.
