Life is really fun. I try to remember a few things, like respect yourself and others, have a warm heart so I can follow its lead, and continuously move forward with the journey of life. Because life to me is nothing more then a journey through experiences. Its not the destination as much as the travel. And, I do strive for quality in the ride.
My life has encompassed many experiences, ranging from professional sports to the Corporate world to spiritual vision quests. I have achieved balance and a full appreciation of the adventures, both physically and spiritually.
