I am interested in finding a companion who will be a friend who shares everything with me my hobbies and all my interests. Too much to ask?
My partners or friends would be interested in knowing that my life is pretty active. One of my hobbies is Bird Watching. That has taken me to Costa Rica and now in February to Belize. I also have been going to many places in the United States. I would be interested in finding someone who shares that with me. If not we can learn together how to identify birds. My religion is Buddhism since 1982. This has taken me to many retreats centers in the United States. Just did one in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado for three weeks with over 200 people. I like Opera and have subscription to the San Diego Opera which I never missed. Someone to keep me company? At the San Diego Shambhala Center I am a Shambhala Teacher and also meditation instructor. This keep me very busy.
I have retires from a career as a Mental Health Therapist. I definitely enjoyed my job but I decided to retire as of 11/2008. I am having a ball doing what I like to do. Hopefully I will find someone to share my interestes with. I spend time meditating and also teaching Buddhism in our local Buddhist Center. I have a shrine room, a whole house, behind my housesda where I spend many hours meditating and sometimes giving instructions. I have learned a lot about myself and also what life has to offer to me.
As mentioned before someone interested in bird-watching or at least interested in learning about this. Some one I can share the Opera with during the season. He needs to be outgoing and energetic, friendly, charismatic, funny and a joker. Not too told since I am 5'1". Someone who likes the desert and spend week-ends just hanging out at the desert. Nature is important to me also. So he would need to like walks and nature.
