I read too much, I laugh a lot and am very optimistic about the future. I think kindness and empathy are underrated traits in people, and am thankful for the kind, empathic people in my life. I love music and film, and enjoy late night conversation until someone falls asleep. I travel a lot for my job and try to enjoy every new place I visit, but it can wear me down sometimes. I have a very active, busy life- but I always make time for myself to sit and read. I like taking naps, and have been busted more than once doing so in my office (no one seems to mind, but they love to tell people they caught me). I have an incredible group of friends. I call my mother everyday. I have a tremendous tolerance for people’s quirks and idiosyncrasies, but none for rudeness. I'm succes sful, intelligent and physically strong, but am aware of my (many) faults as well. I can laugh at myself (and often have the opportunity to), I handle pressure well, I enjoy being challenged. Ask me anything. I'm not easily offended or embarrassed.
I'm proud of myself, but don't think listing my accomplishments is important here. What a weird idea. I guess it is in fact a resume' of sorts. "References can be furnished upon request."Now THAT would be funny.
Someone proud, excited, confident and goofy. Someone self aware, attractive and quirky. If you're mean to your server in a restaurant, get annoyed at the sound of a baby crying or think people without fashion sense are beneath you, good luck on your search. I'm not your guy. I just want to meet someone kind, happy, objective and interesting. Someone who doesn't try to split the check for dinner and doesn't find it uncomfortable when I open the car door.
