Hey everyone...
I'm Chris, 23, and I currently
live in downtown
Hartford,
CT. I moved out here
about
11
months ago
after I
graduated
from
Purdue
University.
Before
Purdue, I
grew up in
Southern
Illinois.
If my friends could describe
me in one word--most
would
say
funny. Even though
I
have
a
professional
career
that I
take
quite
seriously, I'm
always up
for a
good laugh. I
also
find
it
important to
not
take
yourself TOO
seriously and my
self-deprecating
keeps my ego
in
line.
I'm the
type of
guy who
feels
comfortable
in
pretty
much any
scenario.....from
moshing at a
rock
concert, strolling
through an art museum,
hanging
out at a dive bar or meeting
your parents for
dinner. I
love my
flexibility/adaptability
when it
comes to
that. I
also
strive to
improve
myself
everyday,
whether it be
mentally,
physically, or
socially.
When I'm not at work or
studying for actuarial exams,
I
love
to read, play
tennis,
go
to
as many rock
concerts as
possible and
cook. I
started
to cook
as a
child and I've
developed
a
immense passion
for it ever
since. Who
knows, maybe I'll
end up
cooking
for you
sometime?
:)
Well, I graduated from Purdue
with a double major in
Actuarial
Science/Statistics
and
a
double minor
in
Management/Economics
and I'm
quite
proud of
that.
I'm an
actuarial
participant in the
ALDP
program
at
Travelers
Insurance in
downtown
Hartford,
CT. I
love
my
job and
the people
I work
with. The
actuarial
profession
is
really
hard...and a
lot of
people won't understand
that
I have to study outside
of
work for it. After I
get my fellowship, I'm
probably going back to
school
at
like
Northwestern or
University of
Chicago to get
an
Executive
MBA to
broaden my
professional
career....and beat
college
kids in
drinking
games. I
joke!
The funniest thing I look back
on proudly is how I was
the
first person in my
high
school
to be kicked
out
of
National
Honor
Society
after I
had
already
graduated...due
to my
graduation
speech!!
I guess I
won't be able
to sit with the
cool kids
during high
school& nbsp;reunions.
I'm essentially looking for a
partner in crime.
I
love
women that are up
for
new
experiences and
challenges.
I
enjoy women
that
are not
afraid of
calling me
out on
my
b.s...because from
time to
time...I've been
known to act like
a smart
ass
haha. I
appreciate
women that
know
exactly what
they want
and go
after
it.
One thing that every woman
must have is honesty.
I'm
unyieldingly loyal
to
my
friends and
girlfriends,
however, if
I
can't trust
you, I
will
dump you like
a bad
habit.
I
don't have any
place in my
personal life for
that.
If you are
a
woman that
loves
to
work hard
and play
hard, I
will
probably enjoy
talking to
you.
