I am an undergraduate student at Gallaudet University.   I am studying to be an Elementary teacher.   I am a hard worker and earn good grades because I really value my education.   I have dated here and there before, but nothing that really came out to be quite serious.  I have been in unhealthy abusive relationships before.  So if I do start dating again, I would need to take it slow.   I am a loyal and honest person that treats people with respect.   In my free time I like to go shopping and I enjoy reading as well.   I like to hang out in Georgetown or go see a movie at Uptown movie theatre.   I also like going to Museums when the mood strikes.   I am also up to going to sporting events.   I like going to basketball and baseball games.  However, I never been to a hockey game and really would like to go sometime.   I am basically a fun and down to earth kind of woman.  I have been told that I am funny and fun to hang out with.   But I like things planned out in advanced and I like to stay busy.   But sometimes I can lay around and do nothing.   I also can sometimes can do things at the spur of the moment too.   Well, honestly, I am not good at writing about myself.   I find it a little hard to do.  But I would like to say that last semester was a little hard for me because I was involved with a dramatic group of friends that I broke away from.   So I am really looking for some new people to socialize with right now and I am not going to take any more drama into my life.   I have been there and done that.  

I have made most improved student in high school and most improved player (softball) in high school with a .500 batting average and was on the All American Deaf Softball Team in 2001.   However, I don't play softball any more due to my ACL surgary on my right knee.   I have also been on the dean's list several times.   Therefore, I find myself to be smart, but not the smartest person in the world.

I would like to meet a faithful man that is a Christian and believes in his faith.   I would like to meet a guy that is loyal, honest, respectful, and open minded.
