Well, let's see...  I'm a pretty laid back person.  I'm a hard worker and can be pretty intense when it comes to my education or my career, but I'm all about letting go and relaxing at the end of the day. I love anything/one that makes me laugh 'til my face hurts and my eyes tear.  That's the best feeling!   I am happy doing just about anything as long as I'm in good company.  Among my favorite things to do are shopping, drinks with friends, and lounging in the sun at the beach or poolside.  A perfect weekend for me would be one that encompasses all of the above, preferably in Ocean City, MD. I'm currently completing my professional semester - graduate in May!!  I'm student teaching English/Language Arts in an 8th grade classroom, and loving every second of it!  I'm certified to teach English 7-12...but I've fallen in love with middle school, so I'm leaning towards staying in that age range for the first few years at least.

Hands down, the best thing I have ever done in my life was spending time working with students of the New Orleans Recovery School District.  Simply amazing.  The best thing for me as human, as well as a teacher.

I'd like to meet someone who shares similar interests, as well as some fun things they could introduce me to.  She should be up for a night out with friends (especially on Friday nights), or a night snuggled up on the couch together.  I am an extremely giving and devoted person, and I would expect the same from my partner.  I want someone I can connect with emotionally, intellectually, and of course, someone who shares a sarcastic sense of humor.  Laughing is crucial...so if we can't crack each other up, odds are, it won't work out.
