I think what is most important in life is being happy with yourself and what you do and trying to find that person that will help to make you happy.  I believe in compassion, understanding, honesty and forgiveness.  I also believe in helping others when they need it and taking care of  and being there for each other.  My daily pool aerobics is what keeps me going, as do my children and grandchildren.  The other thing that I find important is music in my life.  I love to play and hear other play different instruments.  I like the outdoors, the ocean, the birds singing in the trees and talking to different people.  Also, I enjoy dining out, movies, museums, concerts, books, the country, my family and walking, though not necessarily in that order! I think I have a good sense of humour and try not to dwell on little, unimportant things. 

I guess my accomplishments in life are in raising four very successful children, three of whom are married.  Two of them have three children each, and one of them has five children!  Also, I spend my time reading and scrapbooking.  When I was still in high school, I had the lead in our senior class play.  It was called,"Ladies in Retirement" and I was the murderer!When I worked, I did medical secretarial work at the hospital and also, at times, did nursing.

I'd like my soul mate to be interesting, compassionate, kind and understanding.  He would have some of my likes, and I would have some of his, but not necessarily the same things all the time.  I would accept his faults as he would accept mine.  We would get along very well through acceptance of each other and each other's faults, as well as the good things.
