What makes me me? A very good question... The sum of all my past experiences, I guess, which have been quite varied and somewhat unconventional, I guess you could say. I've lived in a lot of places, but have settled here in the sunny south for what I hope will be the duration. I grew up in a very VERY small town (500 or so people) and though I live in what is a "suburb", I guess, I'm still pretty "country" (except for musically; I prefer Peter-Paul-and-Mary-ish, old-time folk). I do love music, singing and dancing, but hate "clubs" except those with NO cigarette smoke. Ask me more; I'm happy to share.
As Sir Elton once sang "I'm Still Standing" -- better than I ever did .. a true survivor. I consider that a great accomplishment! :) I also think I've been a pretty "good" person, not hurting anyone I know of and I intend to continue in that vein. I won a math award in high school, but they gave it to a boy .... [I'm still annoyed at that; it's a story you will here if you get to know me better *LOL*]
I have had past "mates" that are pretty much like me and also some "totally opposite" so it's hard to really catagorize a "perfect match" -- someone who likes me and I like back will do! :)
