My Current Statusmore

I'm hoping my special someone is here in Florida... no plans in life to relocate right now.

I'm just me, plain and simple... I rarely wear make-up and I've never had weekly nail appointments. I'm comfortable in jeans and a shirt, a dress with heels or anything in between. I'm flexible and easy going and get along with practically anyone.  I'm kewl with going out to have dinner, maybe a drink or two, and going dancing afterwards. Then there's those nights when staying home is just the perfect thing to do. I'm not one to watch TV on a daily basis (matter of fact, I hardly even turn it on), but the right guy could persuade me to be content snuggling up to watch a good movie on TV at home. It only takes eight characters from the top and an imagination to find me. I'm pretty much open for going/doing anything that's fun or interesting. I enjoy being outside and anything outdoors is great - walks along the beach at night are the best. I like riding on motorcycles as well as being out on a boat. I like to write poetry and have several poems that I have written published. I'm not afraid to stand up for what I believe in, and if I'm out there all alone, well, that's ok too.

Once I get to know you, I would be happy to share my accomplishments with you. I will say that I am interested in and do take part in my neighborhood and surrounding area. I volunteer my time for a couple group meetings every month.

I'd rather not "describe" my soul mate per say, because I don't want to build a man, I'd rather my heart tell me I've found him. However, physically, he would be within a few years of my age -  I am not interested in an age difference that's more than  5 years... been there, lived it for over 20 years (although I don't regret it, once was enough for me). He would be balanced somewhere in the middle of a homebody and a party animal. Overall, men with brown hair will catch my attention first, however, those that are getting grey or salt and pepper can catch my eye as well (guess it's just an aging thing, lol).  If he's tall, has a mustache or goatee vs. clean shaved and has some hair on his chest and legs, I would see him as nearly perfect.
