Hey y'all. I am Richard. I am from Georgia. I am a southern country boy with some city style in him. I am very independent and will not take orders from anyone. Nothing pisses me off more than someone trying to tell me what to do. I am entitled to my own opinion and have no shame in telling someone how I feel. I am a very happy, social person. I'll go anywhere as long as I am with my friends.  I am currently working at Cracker Barrel in Braselton, Georgia and saving up for school. I want to go to Gainesville State here where I live in Georgia. I want to major in Biology and become either a Cardiologist or a Cardiothoracic Surgeon. A Cardiologist, for those of you who don't know, is a physician who specialises in the cardiovascular system which consists of the blood vessels and the heart. A Cardiothoracic Surgeon, is a doctor who operates on the chest cavity which consist of the heart and lungs. It will take lots of years of school and experience. I will be working long hours in the hospital and concentrating on school. So you must be patient if you want to be in a relationship with me.
I am a health freak. I concentrate more on keeping a healthy heart and staying in shape. I do not drink sodas and do not drink alcohol. I rarely drink coffee. I drink 8 glasses of water a day, V8 juice, Green Tea, White Tea, and milk. I try to avoid drinks that are high in sugars, sodium, and calories. I love to eat, but I have to be careful. I only eat chicken, seafood, and turkey and do not eat pork or cow. Other foods I eat have to be heart healthy and low in fat. I love whole grain foods and other foods that are high in fiber and in other nutrients. I eat lots of vegetables and fruits. And I'll eat anything else as long as it's healthy. I work out occasionally, and sometimes I hate it. I will go for a 30-minute jog and do other workouts on the floor, like push-ups and other abdominal exercises. It's not hard.
