I am a widow of 2 years and am
far too young and active to
crawl in a hole for the rest of
my life. I like to do many
things; love new experiences,
have traveled the world and
would like to do more. I have
children and grand children who
all live in my native Montana.
I own a big funny looking dog
that is a gentle as she is
big. Love the country life -
horses have always been a passion
though I haven't ridden in a
very long time. I am a very
adaptable person and like some
one who can roll with the
punches as well.
Right now, I am
working on another novel and
spending waaaaay too much time
at the computer. Love
backgammon, music (C/W, RnR, Smooth
Jazz, classics) enjoy movies
(out or at home), theater, comedy
clubs, enjoy dancing, eating
out, cooking, intelligent
discussions. I burn easily in the
sun (we red heads always do)
but like to be outside when I
can.
I'm well educated and enjoy
learning. I have 2 grown
daughters in MT and 2 stepsons in CA.
They have given me 8
wonderful grandchildren. My parents
are still alive and live in OR.
I have just finished my
specialist's degree and looking
forward to beginning work on my
doctorate when I get some other
things taken care of. I'm good
at my job. I'm happy with my
own company but prefer to
share my time with others. I am a
published author who had a
children's tv show and radio
program in the past. I was married
to my best friend for 20
years before he died and know what
it takes to make
relationships grow and work.

Looking for a man who can
challenge me :-), mentally and
physically, who would sit quietly
with me and enjoy a sunset, a
moonrise; who would be happy
to take a trip to the
mountains, ocean or where ever; or go
to the gym and spot each other
(or at least wish me well
when I go); who can read my
writing and offer honest criticism.
I am not looking for Mr.
Perfect but then he has to be
perfect for me.
Optimism and
humor are very important to me.
I refuse to give in to life's
little hardships and I can
usually find humor in most
things. My idea of a wonderful date
is one in which I have talked
and listened equally, laughed
a lot, held hands and walked
or shared a good meal. I am
very sensual creature and
therefore must have some one who
likes to touch and be touched.
