Integrity is foremost and an essential part of who I am. Creativity and intelligence run neck-to-neck for second. I am the mother of three grown children, all of whom are professionals, married and well-adjusted adults. The larger majority of my friends are in the arts: singers, actors and musicians. I love honesty, kindness and gentleness. On the other hand, I abhor arrogance, laziness and dishonesty. By the way, I am a romantic from the top of my head to the tip of my toes.
Writing has always been a passion for me, but for the many years I was married, it was put to aside to rear my family. Since my divorce six years ago, I have become a published author, award-winning poet, lyricist and spoken word artist.
I am looking for the last and best love of my life. I am drawn to artistic personalities, and they seem to be drawn toward me. I have an extremely strong preference for a tall African-American man who is articulate, honest, intelligent and creative.
