I am currently divorced for about a year. I have two boys who I spend a lot of time with.

I'm a small-town boy who has been a lot of places. I lived in Los Angeles and Denver before joining the Navy and living in the Tidewater area of Virginia. The Navy took me to South America, the Caribbean, and many spots in the Mediterranean. After all that, I ended up back in my hometown, where I've pretty much settled down. I love my two boys, ages 19 and 10 and spend lots of time with them; especially my 10 year old. I am open to the idea of having a larger family, but the situation would have to be right. I enjoy sports, notably football (Go Vikes), and WWE Wrestling; which I was introduced to by the 10 year old. I am a disabled Veteran, and financially comfortable. Honesty, openness, and and just plain old fun turn me on. Judementalism and materialism turn me off. I have an uncommon, but well developed sense of humor that, I must admit, sometimes is misunderstood. I am spiritual, but not religious. I choose to be Christian, but believe that all paths lead to God. In other words I am very accepting ,and non-judgmental of those around me. Everyone has their own personal set of core beliefs and ethics, and I respect that even if theirs don't agree with my own. Of course there are demons in my life that I struggle with, but all-in-all I'd say the good far outweighs the bad. I'll leave it at that. After all, there has to be some mystery, right? Most recently, I was selected Employee of the Month once (yea!). I have a BS in Management Information Systems. I graduated with a perfect 4.0 GPA in 1997. Prior to that I spent 8 years in the Navy. I was well decorated; twice for Professional Achievement while also being selected Sailor of the Quarter at my last duty station. I graduated top of my class in High School in 1980. I am very well traveled, and want to travel more.

I'd like to meet someone within shouting distance that likes to laugh and have fun, too. To me, substance is more important than outward trappings. I am looking for what is inside a woman. I value intelligence over pretension. To me, an intelligent conversation is almost foreplay. I don't want to be misunderstood, though. I am very passionate, too! The physical side of the relationship is very important to me. I'm looking for someone who is uninhibited, confident with their own sexuality, and likes to play. Also, in that area I like to give as much as I like to receive, if you know what I mean. You have to have a sense of humor to put up with me. I realize that life is not all a bowl of cherries, and expect openness and honesty from you in order to arrive at the best resolution of any problem that may arise. That is what you're going to get from me, so be prepared. Don't be afraid to say what you think. I haven't found anything yet that I've not been able to handle eventually. You can't be materialistic. Hey, I like the finer things in life, too, but am easy to please in that area. Most of all, you can't be judgmental. Living in a small town has taught me that there are enough of t...e to go around. It is the one part of small-town living that I deplore. To recap, intelligence, integrity, and confidence in yourself are my turn-ons. Materialism and judgmentalism are definitely serious turn-offs.
