Well, I guess you could say that I've been hurt in the past and am looking for someone who's honest and will respect me. Most people say that I'm not a typical guy because when I'm in a relationship, that's what matters to me most. I've been single now for about 3 months, and that's the longest I've been single since I was 14. I've had two relationships that lasted about 3 years each, with a one short one between them and a couple within the few months this year. I've always been told that I am very mature for my age. I am only 21 and I feel that I am already ready to settle down and start a family. The one thing that I've always done in the past is rushed into my relationships and pushed way too much. I seemed to get very attached very quickly, and that is a mistake that I don't want to make again. As for my interests, I love bowling and working on computers. I am hoping to become a professional bowler. I believe that will give me a chance to travel when I'd like to, and make some money while I'm at it. While I'm not travelling, I would love to start a computer repair business. Computers have always interested me, and that's what I went to school for. Other than that, I am willing to try anything at least once, and I've always been willing to do anything to spend time with the person I'm in a relationship with... even if I end up going to a "chick flick" or something... lol.
I have a lot of bowling trophies and plaqs, and I am on my way to being good enough for the Professional Bowler's Association. You need to hold an average of at least 200 for two years in order to join the tour, and I ended last year with an average of 197. I expect to win a lot more awards throughout the upcomming season, and hopefully join the PBA within the next 3-5 years. I also have an AA degree in Business Administration. I attended college in Mason City, IA during my Senior year in high school for Network Adminstration, then again recently to finish the courses needed for that degree. Between my Senior year in high school and now, I recieved my degree in Business Administration, and attended Iowa State University for Computer Engineering. I decided to move back to Forest City, IA after one year at ISU because it turned out that the Engineering field just didn't fit me.
It would be cool to find someone who bowls, or would like to start bowling. I am on a league two nights a week and it's fun almost every night. I would love to be able to share that with the person I'm involved with. At this point, I am really looking for someone to hang out with, but at the same time, hopefully have the potential for a long-term relationship. I have been hurt a lot in the past, and that's why I feel like I need to take it slow until we're both ready to make the relationship last.
