Looking for that special girl. Are
you her?
Brace yourself. You are about to embark upon one of the most enormously long self-summaries out there...........
First, that is me with a pole in one of my pics. Flirty Girl Fitness in Chicago offers classes and I've been taking them for a couple months.
I'm a pretty darn quiet girl. I'm extremely easygoing, and I have yet to find anything that really offends me. I'll also admit that I'm one of those girls that most women hate; I can eat anything, rarely exercise, yet never gain a pound.
I'm an avid reader (fiction mostly, but willing to take recommendations), and resident spelling and grammar snob. Though I generally make exceptions for the internet, esp since i like abbreviating words (within reason) and almost never capitalize. I admit that I hate that ghettospeak or whatever you want to call it, like: "wat iz up wit u?". God that annoys me. aNd pEOplE whO rAndOmLy Or EXCLUSIVELY CAPITALIZE. It's not like I'm going to pay any more attention to you if you mess with your font like that. Actually I generally block those people on sight, because if you type like that online, i don't even want to know what you speak like. Ok, rant over. :)
I'm reasonably well educated, yet I frequently doubt my ability to hold up my end in a thoughtful conversation. I'm much better online than in real life. Probably because there's no delete button when talking. Not that I say stuff that gets me in trouble, more like I just choose a word that doesn't fit with what I want to say and I end up babbling which trails off into silence. i.e., i'm a terrible conversationalist. [[you have been warned]]
I absolutely love to bake and will gladly make anything for you.
I'm a cuddle fiend. I loooooove being held. Though since I'm kinda tall, I normally end up being the "holder" rather than the "holdee" which I find to be quite tragic.
Important Section --> Also, I've never had a chance to do any of the sweet little "girlfriend" type things. like hand holding, little kisses, cu
I'm getting an Associate degree in Baking and Pastry which I'll finally finish up this summer. After that? Well, my parents just bought a house in Chandler, Arizona and i was planning to move down there to "house-sit" for them for a couple of years. sweet. though now that the economy's in the crapper, and the place I work at is doing amazingly well, (see below for details) I might stay around here to save money, even if it means staying in my parents' house even longer. :/ They're not bad people or anything, but I'm in my 20s, and parents tend to affect social plans.
I also currently work at Labriola Bakery Cafe in Oakbrook. The food is AMAZING (awesome sandwiches, pizza in the stone wood-fired oven, homemade gelato and more breads, desserts and pastries than you know what to do with). However, my shifts always start at 6am about four days a week, so since I like my sleep, I don't have much of a social life. I've never really been one to go out and hit the bars at night, partly because I generally don't like the taste of alcohol, and partly because the last thing I want when waking up at 5am is a hangover. Also, I'm not entirely sure that the type of girl I'm looking for would be the type to hang out at a bar. Are you?
The two things I think I'm best at are baking and reading. And for a while there (i've taken a 4-month hiatus to concentrate on classes), I was getting pretty decent at pole dancing. You can check out videos of flirty girl fitness on youtube to see the style - it's more exercise-based than sex-based, believe it or not.
I feel that i should also mention several things i'm not really good at. 1) Dancing. I love watching ppl dance and am sooooo jealous of the way they move. my best comparison is that i look like a scarecrow flappin in the wind. If any girl out there can teach me some rhythm, i'll love you forever.
2) Singing. I don't think i could be worse if i was totally deaf. Which, similar to the dance thing, i'm equally jealous of ppl th
I make some exceptions, but I've found that I get along best with girls who are my age or older. Sometimes significantly older - the first girl I went on more than two dates with happened to be 13 years older than me - though I will say that that is probably my limit. In short, anything under 35 doesn't bother me.
As for more specifics, I prefer girls who look like girls, but generally fall under the category of "cute" rather than "hot". Why? Not sure, really. Hmm... I've always disliked how I'm a lot taller than all my friends (I'm not super tall, they're just pretty short), and so one of my requirements is that you be at least 5'3". I want to be able to look in your beautiful eyes, not at the top of your head. :)
Oh and the only ppl who shouldn't contact me are males, and those of you on a super-restrictive diet, because i intend on feeding you yummy dessert-y: "you don't even want to know the calorie count of this" stuff.
:)
