I am an oldies freak with a fabulous (somewhat dry) sense of humour.  My passion is old cultures.  Someday I intend to go back to school and to get a degree in ancient history. I love old people, they are history.  I love old movies (Katherine Hepburn, Carey Grant, Errol Flynn) you can learn a lot about our culture though these movies, but I also like Jackie Chan and Arnold Schwartzenagle movies.  Old furniture, books, 60's music, houses, museums. I can spend days at a flea market or auction. Fishing is something that I find fun, I can bait my own hook, but have to use a bobber!Hate amphibians of any kind, but love furry animals, especially cats.  You can never have enough new experiences, exporation of places, or learning in your life, these type of things keep a person young.  I am a collector.  If I find it interesting I collect it, clowns, capodimonte, apples, furniture, and people.  I have a friend that I have known since fifth grade.  Family is important to me.  I do not have children myself but I am close to my niece and nephew.  I have been a legal secretary for 27 years now and I am currently working in Chicago. & nbsp;Fascinatin g city.  I do a lot of walking. I am a patio gardener.  Hate cold.   The only time I like snow is when I can sit before my fireplace and watch it snow. And I do not roller blade, ski, or sit on beaches.  If I haven't scared you yet, scroll down!

The person that would grab my attention would not come riding up on a white horse, have a few flaws, be between 5'9 and 6'6, (I do like beards and moustaches), have a sense of humour, who can hold his own in a conversation,  have old fashion manners, be interested in a few things that I am, and have a sense of exploration.&nb sp;
