I hate this part, I really don't like to talk about myself. But anyway, my name is Ben. I am a 27 year old classically trained chef. Week to week I spent altogether too much time at work, but, that is the nature of the business. When I am not at work, I have lots of hobbies like backpacking, rock climbing, and most of all, I love to paddle my kayak whenever there is open water for me to play on. I also love to read and I am kind of a movie junkie. I love old school horror movies and Monty Python. I am really laid back and love to just let the world move on around me.
My major accomplishment is that I am making a good living doing what I love. I don't think that anyone could ask for more than that.
My ideal partner is very simple. She needs to be able to go from playing in the mud in the morning into a formal gown for the opera at night. She needs to be able to enjoy the outdoors with me as well as know when to just let me be outdoors by myself. Finally, she needs to be patient. As a chef, I occasionally have some very long work weeks that keep me away from the rest of my life. They don't happen very often, but, you need to be aware that they are there.
