Hello.... well.. lets see... where to start! Would love some company now with possible good friendship and trust, maybe leading to long term. I am a person who is interested in many things and easily add new ones, so would love to hear about what you like. I am a Stevie Nicks fan and of course always dress up like her and go to her concerts. I have been mistaken for her several times at concerts! Sure wish I could sing like her! I love to play guitar and sing, but am out of practice. I would love to find someone who likes to do that. I used to be in a bluegrass band and love to play just about any kind of music I can learn. I guess I am out of practice on many things that are me due to giving myself to to another who was a taker and I did not realize it. I have been in a relationship with her for 5 years and have found out that she has been non-loyal mentally and physically. She is 22 years younger than me and has not "grown up" yet as I thought. I need to meet a friend/possible lover who is mature and honest and will talk openly if there is a problem or something that they do not like about me. I am an honest person and caring. Being a nurse and massage therapist I am a nurturing person, but have never wanted or cared for children, except one, who is her son. I used to have horses until I moved home from California in 1992 to attend nursing school, so would love to find someone who has access to horses and riding. I used to show and loved to ride in parades. I am a scuba diver since 1978 and just returned from Grand Cayman. I will keep up this hobby, but right now I am nurturing my massage business and will not have extra funds for awhile. I am a fair weather diver! I am a LPN and have been for 10 years. Before that an executive secretary. I have been a massage therapist for 2 years, but just now moved to an area where there is a market. I am studying all the time about that and will keep adding to my experience. People say I am pretty and can look like Stevie Nicks when I dress up. I am interested in dressing up when I go out... and sometimes overdress! I spend my time in the garden and with my dogs. I am very busy now and doing that on purpose to try to heal my heart and mind from the recent break up. I feel I am just now becoming successfull at my goals in life, but that's OK, better late than never. I am a good person who has had some problems the past few years which have clouded the real me I almost forgot about. I am finding her again and hey... she's pretty cool and fun! LOL
As I said... I just want someone who is honest. I do enjoy someone attractive and healthy. I am going to go very slow and want someone patient. Physical relationship is not in top priority. I love long hair and would like that in a pretty lady who is slim. I am not attracted to overweight persons. As I said... I would love to meet someone who is in shape and interested in sharing their interests with me. Loving dogs is an absolute must! As I said... I am not a "kid" person, so of course grown children would not be a problem. I like quiet, unless listening to music or movies, but enjoy just meditating by my pond or going out in the country and just hearing nature... would be nice to find someone who is like that. Dancing is another thing I gave up and would love to do again. Not structured, but I used to love to dance to bands when going out. I HATE smoking, but tolerate it to go see bands when I have to. I will not tolerate a smoker and want someone who does not smoke at all. The rockhounding / jewelry hobby is important to me and it would be nice to meet someone interested in learning about that or someone who is in the hobby already.
