what makes me - me? that's
sort of a difficult thing to
answer. first of all, i don't
capitalise when i'm writing
something online, unless it's
supposed to be formal, which this
isn't. so don't hold that
against me, i actually do use
good grammar and spelling most of
the time.
i'm open
minded; i'm always interested in
new things and new points of
view. i love discussing
controversial social issues with
people, whether they agree or
disagree with my basic view. i
try to pay close attention to
everything that is going on
around the world, and i usually
form an opinion about it and
talk to others about what is
happening.
i like doing things
just because i feel like
doing them. i get in the mood to
do something, and just do it.
an example would be my hair,
i love screwing around with it
just for the hell of it. i've
dyed my hair many times;
blonde, orange, light brown, and
even polka dots. i've had my
hair from extremely short to
shaggy, from liberty spikes to a
mohawk. if someone doesn't
like what my hair looks like,
so what? they are entitled to
their opinion, but i'm not
changing my hair for anyone.
i
hate dealing with things that
shouldn't have happened,
whether at work, at home, or in a
relationship. i tend to hold
things against people when i
feel that they are completely
responsible for a result i'm
unhappy with, but i also hold myself
equally accountable when i am at
fault.
i am into my
computer, but i'm not some kind of
total computer nerd. i do play video games,
but not obsessively. i
usually go through stretches of time
where i play one game a lot,
then get bored and don't play
until another piques my
interest.
i go out to bars on a
pretty regular basis. i work
in my favorite bar, so that
probably increases my frequency.
the only accomplishments i
have made that i am proud of are
varsity wrestler, and dropping
out of purdue. i know,
you're asking, "dropping out of
college was an accomplishment?"
i feel it is because it has
made me realise more accurately
who i am and what i want to
accomplish in the future.
hopefully in two years i can add
"graduated from culinary school"
to this list.
the person i want to meet is
open minded and interested in
having fun. as for anything
else, i don't care. as long as
you don't judge me for being
who i am, you're perfect.
