I am a Special Needs teacher who lives on a small 4 acre farm in the country with a huge red barn surrounded by cornfields and no neighbors. I have an old 5 bedroom Indiana farm house with wonderful wood floors. An improvement I think over the pink carpet that I had to tear up when I bought the place. I love my front porch swing and you can usually find me there surrounded by my 3 Labs and a glass of wine. After a long day, this is my reward. I so love to hear the night music and watch the millions of fireflies dance to its symphony. A cup of coffee and the sound of my rooster greeting the morning. The sun rising and casting its amber glow over my Eden on earth reminds me how wonderful a gift nature has bestowed on me. I have been very fortunate in that I have traveled around the world. I have also lived in many different states and the far east. I have rented a car and toured Europe. My son, who is in Germany, and I explored Belgium this past summer. In fact, I was born in Germany...and have a "Reader's Digest type of story" to go with that. I guess my point is...I get "happy feet" and just want to explore and hope the person I meet likes the same. I have lived an interesting life and hope to share "stories". I love to cook, keep a clean house, put the toilet seat down and do the dishes so my partner doesn't have to. I love to read, cuddle in front of my fireplace, intelligent conversation over a glass of wine, tenderness, affection, spoiling, being impulsive with the right person. I am so much a romantic who loves to do little things to please my partner. I love many types of music so I am hard to peg. I root for the underdog and I have taught my son to always look after the ones who can't defend themselves. Accomplishments? Mmmmmm....I was fortunate enough to raise a wonderful and loving son...There is absolutely nothing else that will ever top that.
