im and 58 year old woman, and im just a counrty gal at heart, i love people and my one hang up is im shy, but  thats not bad for a gal that was raised in a military home. most of my friends would say i was kind , loveing and a understanding person. in general i love life and what it has to offer. im 5-4 and 154 lbs, i love to keep fit and do that by running  and just plain hard work.
