Ready to find Mr. Right!!!
Well what to say about me. I guess we can start with the basics...lol...my name is Amber Anna Strachan. I grew up in Perry, Michigan and moved to Kentucky shortly after i graduated high school. I am adopted and have been since i was 13 i was placed into foster care at age 11. I love my adoptive parents to death and would not trade them for anything. However i do regret not keep in touch with my birth parents because when i was 17 my birth father died(5-6-04). As far as my birth mother goes i'd rather not talk about it because she blames me for the reason everything has happened in her life and she blamed my dads death on me. So i no longer talk to her. I have had a little bit of a rebellious streak but i am trying to clean up my act. I was raised in the church so I guess you can i wanted to experience life to its fullest or however far I took myself. I was the girl in school everyone looked up to. I was popular, had the guy everyone wanted, was on track and cheer leading(hard to believe I know...lol), I went to church every Sunday and Wednesday was on the worship team and lead the human video group. But i wasn't happy. So i tried everything to make me happy. But when i started to go to college my senior year in high school i started doing what they were doing. Not drugs...never have never will but i was smoking and i was clubbing and i was drinking...yeah it was fun but it only helped for the moment i guess you would call it a temporary high. But i soon became so involved in that stuff that my parents kicked me out. And then i moved in with my boyfriend and that when everything got worse. It was as if i did not care anymore. But when i moved down here i got a clearer picture of life and what God had in mind for me. Granted i am not perfect but who is?? But i know that no matter what i do God will always take me back with open arms. He was there waiting for me with open arms. Any questions e-mail me:)
My biggest accoplishment would be me getting through high school and going to college. I would also say I have accomplished becoming who i am today; because i know that all my choices good or bad made me stronger to withsatnd anything. I have accomplished alot to much to type but i know without God there by my side to help me it would not have been possible.
Well first and foremost the guy must be taller then me. I am 5'7'' so I would like him to be at least 5'9''...lol...i want a guy whom knows how to treat a lady. In both the romance department and in just talking. I want a guy despite my past will love me for me. I know i am not skinny but i am not fat...lol...i do have a few extra pounds but that not matter. I am tired of getting turned down by guys because I am not a twig. In God's eyes we are all the same. I want a guy who wont' hurt me emotionally or physically. I have been through that too much. I want to be loved for me. I believe that if you get to know me you'll like me. Just give me a chance.
We could be compatible on so many levels. Take a few compatibility tests to see how we match!
