I have had an eclectic job background, but it has helped to build the me that is here now.  My current occupational love is food.   Cooking is much like a relationship.  There is much to prepare before you can start cooking, then you have to develop the skills, knowledge, and experience to make the dish successful.  Finally, you must have passion and love for what you are doing, and always watch and maintain what it is you are cooking.    I am a long time romantic, raised with good family values, and do not play games that toy with a woman's emotions.  Just chivalry, respect, fidelity, and love here.  I enjoy laughing, reading, learning, and most types of music to varying degrees, good movies and television shows.  I want in a mate someone that wishes all the best for me, is loyal, happy, and caring.  I will also be supportive of her, her needs, emotions, and career choices.  I am not necessarily looking for someone like me, but for someone that can compliment my soul; the two becoming one.

I have went to various schools, but the most exciting one I will be attending will be a Culinary school, after which I intend on opening and managing a restaurant of my own in the next few years.  Outside of perparations of that, like I said above, I enjoy reading, some travel, most music, and good films and television.  The true inner me I will leave for that special someone to unravel the mysteries for herself .

I would hope that my mate would have a wonderful sense of humor, a streak of adventurism in them, and a depth of love, sincerity, and compassion that is uncommon today.  I want to be able to call my mate my friend as well as my one day wife.  I want to be able to be just as curious about her and her daily activities as she would want to be about mine.  treat every day like its a date, never let the passion and romance be taken for granted or fall from use.
