What makes me ... ME!My parents blessed me with the name Laura on November 23, 1987. Every year I ask why they didn't name me something else. I'm just grateful I wasn't named after a type of food or a day of the week. Growing up I have always had a big imagination and creative ability to do things. Even now, in college, I still iniate the most random conversations - but hey, it makes people smile.  I'm very laid back, outgoing and fun to be around. I like to spend most of my time outdoors playing sports, running, shopping, spending time with friends or family, or even pulling out a good book. Because of my ability to make people smile, laugh and feel included, I have a very unique personality. I enjoy going out with my friends to the clubs and dancing, going partying and having fun. I hope to settle down one day and get married and have a life. Of course, I have goals and there are many important things to me. Religion is important to me. I am a Christian, a Baptist to be more specific. I do love God and attending church but the past few months I have grown apart from God and the church, so it is not as important as it should be to me. My friends and family are very important to me. I would do anytyhing for them. I support the military 100%. I believe they work hard to defend our country, that they put their lives at risk and I honor them. I hope one day to join the airforce, that is my goal sometime soon.

In junior high and highschool, I ran on the cross country team  for four years and excelled greatly. I could run a mile in six minutes and my fastest two mile time was 13:47. I won many first place awards.I like to run long distance, play soccer, play basketball, play volleyball and just be active outdoors. I like to lift weights often and keep my body healthy and in shape. I try to eat healthy.
