I am a creative person with a good sense of humor. Laughter is very important to me. Honesty and God are even more important. I am affectionate and can be quite romantic. Little things are important...unexpected gifts, holding hands, touching, sharing the simple things in life...a walk, movie, dinner or quiet companionship. I am not high maintenance however I do require respect and consideration, which I reciprocate.
After my divorce over 25 years ago, I had to raise two children by myself. They make me so proud. They're decent and great adults today. I am amazed to see so many of my values in them. When you're trying to instill them, it certainly doesn't seem as though things are getting through. : ) As I've grown in wisdom I've realized that children and family are great gifts from God. I've also learned to value me and know my value. I am a great lady with so much to give and offer in the right relationship. To know me is to love me...no kidding!
I'd like to meet an honest man who is assertive (not aggressive) and sure of himself. My idea companion would not smoke, can hold a conversation, can listen and would be comfortable in any social, business or family setting. He would be a good judge of character, not be afraid of making sound decisions, be adaptable and flexible, and able to express himself. I love a man that loves children. I also love romance and a little spontaneity.
