I believe what makes me unique is the fact that it seems that in today's world, there does not seem to be an awful lot of people who care about other people like they used to years ago. I do. Very much so. I always have and I always will. People, mean everything in the world to me and I will always go out of my way to help anyone when I can. I also love animals....very much. I would do anything for them also. They do not judge you! They are sweet and innocent. I am very kind and decent...to a fault. These are the "things" that make me, I believe, "unique"! Also, when I find someone who is special to me, romantically, my undivided attention is always on that person when I am with them. LIFE is important to me!  If I find a woman who is sweet, kind, intelligent, thoughtful, romantic, caring and very loving.....I will be the exact same way with you.  In my other relationship(I am still "friends" with that woman and have been for 28 years!  Friendship means an awful lot to me, also.  Actually....in my opinion, it is best to start out as "good friends," learn about eachother and your likes and dislikes, etc., and what kind of person you are, and then, if things "click," in all the areas that are important, like the ones above are to me, then I believe that if BOTH people are not only in "sinc" with eachother on things, but also, and very importantly, attracted to eachother, physically, then that is when the "romance" comes into play.  How can you not love and respect and care and be thoughtful to one another, and have a "romance?"  Realistically, you can't, and you should'nt, especially if you are sincere and really are looking for that "special someone" in your life.  Don't you agree?  It is a two-way street....not just one-way, although some people seem to think it's just one way, but that certainly is not myself!  I will treat a woman like gold if she treats me the same way, and especially is warm and loving and thoughtful and compassionate.  Tho

My Accomplishments:   Well, let's see now! I graduated from high school...that certainly was an accomplishment for someone who could not stand homework! Another accomplishment was that I did not end up throwing an eraser at one of the nuns I had who was very nasty to me, and others! I have saved numerous animals of all types from many kinds of peril. Either in the street....pigeons, rabbits, raccoons, dogs, cats, etc., because I love them so. A Major Success in my life was that I made it "Through The Rain" as Barry Manilow sang and I think I did it in fine fashion, considering all I had to face, especially when I HAD to leave home at 17 for personal reasons. That is a success! I'm still here!! I am disabled to a point, due to a lower back injury almost 5 years ago. I am able to walk, however, and I also drive. I love playing pool, I have discovered, and I have fallen in love with photography...taking pictures of nature, etc. and I love to write! I love going to a movie, staying at home and just relaxing and enjoying eachother's company(and possibly watching a nice, romantic movie, or just an interesting movie.)  I also love chocolate and I love the Boston Red Sox!  I am not a "sports fanatic, by ANY stretch of the imagination, however.....the Red Sox I do love and once in awhile, I would even love to go to a game!  I did, a few years ago, after a VERY long time, and I can't tell you how much I enjoyed that game!  There is nothing like being there in person and having a "Fenway Frank, too!"  Honesty is VERY important to me.  Showing affection, at home, preferably, is very important to me.  I really never went for seeing any couples with a major display of affection outdoors.  When it comes to that, I am more of a private person.  I am very affactionate, myself.

I do believe in "soul mates". I do believe that somewhere, somehow, when the time is right, when and if you are destined to meet that one person that you just "click" with in just about every way, you will....without any question. I believe strongly that God has a hand in that also. I love to watch old movies, some newer movies, I love romantic movies. I enjoy taking a nice walk and I love the ocean! There is nothing like it! I love a woman who is a "lady", but yet can be full  of the devil at times too! I love a woman who takes pride in herself and her appearance and is 100% in the hygiene department. That is very important also.
