I'm a single mother, working in retail until my daughter is old enough for me to return to professional theatre. I spent a year living in the beautiful mid-south, but am happy to be “home” in New England. Hanging out at home, pizza and a movie, a little live theatre or a good ball game...it all works. I love to cook. Almost everything that goes on my dinner table or into a lunch box is made from scratch for a lot of reasons, but mostly because I simply love the process. I am pretty flexible and willing to try new things, in food and in life. I'll try almost anything at least once. I'm not the sort of person to spend time in a gym, but simply living my life (a 10 year old and a dog) keeps me in pretty good shape.

I am an accomplished designer (theatre), graduated summa cum laude as a single mom with an associate's in fashion design, and am a generally good person. I began my theatre career at 17, by 21 was where I wanted to be professionally, and am now on an indefinite leave of absence to raise my daughter. I miss it, but my daughter is far more important, and the hours just didn't agree with her. She is my greatest accomplishment. I have also been fortunate enough to be a part of the lives of over 400 foster children, and made a difference to many of them.

If you have an open mind, a sense of adventure ("just driving" with a picnic on-board), and a sense of humor (sometimes the sitter cancels, but pizza and a movie in still works), I‘d like to hear from you.
