My Current Statusmore

I have not subscribed, so can't reply to all the nice messages and winks. I'm waiting until my move to near-Vegas is set.

Due to my disabilities, I can't get it up.  But, that's what toys are for!
I can walk and stand, but not for very long.  I have a mobility scooter and a van equipped with a lift for it, and I do like to get out and about.  Street fairs, art fairs, theatre, or just tooling around town.
I can't do beaches because of the sand and I cannot be on the ground...my legs don't work well enough for me to get up off the ground.
I'm very tactile--love to touch and fondle and make a guy nuts that way, so if you like that, we'll get along fine.
I sing and am an artist and write, but I do have problems with my hands, so anything requiring fine motor skills I can do only for a short amount of time.
Just to be up front about things:  I am pagan/wiccan/olde religion.  I blame the judaic/christian construct for retarding the evolution of humanity with their insanity.
So, if you are really into any of the judaic/christian fantasy constructs, we will NOT get along.  Period.  I'm not interested in arguing about this.
I'm only 52--soon 53--but age isn't how many years you've had the car, it's what the mileage is.  I'm extremely high mileage and my body acts like that of someone in their 70's.  That's just the way it is.  I tire quickly and have a low level of energy.  I prefer things to be QUIET, peaceful.  I enjoy British TV shows, live theater, peppy, upbeat music of any kind except that awful rap and country crap.
I also LOVE old radio shows and have quite a collection of them. 
I'm planning on moving to somewhere near Las Vegas within the next year or so.  I will have a tiny one room house and a swimming pool and a BIG FENCE.  This is how I have chosen to enjoy the remainder of my life, which probably has been shortened significantly by my health.
That's okay...I've had a lot of fun and adventure in my life, and now it's just time to relax and enjoy a peaceful environment and the company of interesting

I was a boy genius back when dinosaurs walked the earth in Data Processing, which was what IT was called back then.
Nobody had a degree in it.  Few people even knew what the hell it was.  We made up so much stuff as we went along, looking back on it, it's pretty amazing.
But, I didn't keep up due to other adventures and things.  I also had a choice:  Was there going to be enough stand-alone memory manufactured for stand-alone personal systems (PCs), or was the then virtually insurmountable problem going to be chronic, requiring a central processing tower for tandem dependent system?
I made the wrong choice and became an expert in central data entry system dependent tower systems.  Ooops.  By then, because I didn't have a degree because I'd actually been WORKING in the field while the younger kids went and got degrees, I couldn't get a job.
So, I went and drove a truck for a few years.  Loved it.
This isn't an accomplishment.  It's my defeat:  A congenital defect in my spine went off when I was 39.  It was a biological time-bomb and a fairly rare condition.  It virtually destroyed my life.  That was 13 years ago.  It's a degenerative condition and will only get worse.  It is neither curable nor treatable.  I will probably always be able to stand and walk a short distance--just depends on how much pain I can handle while doing it.  The pain will get worse.  The time will become less.
That's just the way it is.
I used to sing for fundraising shows and helped a SMALL local charity in Dallas TX reorganize to become the second greatest fund raiser for that year.
