I spent a year 1/2 Going to school for CNA ( Certified Nursing Assistant) and graduated. I worked in a nursing home for about a year and loved it!  It was a very rewarding job and I loved everyone I took care of. Working there and talking to some of the residents who didn't have families or even a spouse to be there in the end with them made me really think about life. And how having the love of your life by your side everyday and having a family is sooo important. Life, like love, is very precious and I would never take either one for granted. Live everyday like it's your last. After learning this I decided to go with my heart and leave the nursing home because it wasn't for me. I know it's not what I wanna do. My heart belongs to cosmetology school. I started in October and i'm absolutly loving it. I'm at the top of my class in acedemic's and I'm loving every minute of it. I hope to open my own salon in the future.
