I am who I am and I do what I do.  People tell me all the time that I'm 'one in a million'.  I think that's a good thing...I don't think I can easily describe myself.  For 32 years old, I have lived an extremely full life so far...seen a lot, maybe too much, done a lot, and still got a lot to go.  I am a counselor who works with an at risk population, mostly young adults; my career is very important to me, it's a very serious job.  SO, when I'm not working, I live in the moment and have as much fun as I can.  Life is very, very short.  I say this from my own experiences, and it's my choice to be happy or sad.  I choose to be happy and surround myself with good people.  I live in the country and love it.  I would be outside all day if I could...I love riding motorcycles, and probably put on 15,000 miles a year.  It's a lifestyle and one that I truly love.  I snow board, fish, hunt and like building things in my backyard shop...restoring old motorcycles, cars, building furniture and generally getting my hands dirty. I'm constantly trying to improve myself spiritually,physically and mentally.  Not because I'm not good as-is, but because that's what keeps me alive and hopeful for better things to come.  Life to me is all about growing as an individual.  I come from a large family and love em to death.  I've remodel my entire home, gutted it and re-did it the way I've always wanted it...a process that took four years of working a little at a time but was well worth it.  I'm continuing my education at CMU and continue to find it rewarding.

I'm looking for friendship first, that's for sure.  Friendship that could turn into something serious if that's in my future.  I don't have a specific 'type'.  I think that if two people really understand each other, want to do well for each other and support each other, that's all that matters.  For someone to be compatible with me and vice versa, it's important to accept each other 'as is' and not something to be 'fixed'.  If it's meant to be, it will be.
