What makes me.. me!

I'm a hard working guy, always striving to become better at what ever it is I'm doing, or part of. I have alot of common sense, decency, moral value and am very (too?) trusting. I'm the guy you never paid attention too cause you were too busy chasing the jack-ass bad-boy around town. haha!

I enjoy working with my hands and my head. I could never do a 9-5 office job, and sit all day long. Not only will I feel unproductive, but I'll feel mentally and physically tired, and drained. I've been there and done it; I used to be a Network Administrator. I also have a hard time being brain dead at work, such as working on assembly lines. I was a factory worker for a while and would have to do 'my part' of the process 2,500-2,900 times a day. All physical work, next to no brain power required. I of course stuck with it and did my job well, but, it also had drained me mentally. I'm now working for my self, so I get to think, and move; I get to do 'everything' - this is where I am content and I feel useful and productive. I really enjoy remodeling my house, working on cars, fixing computers.. anything 'hands on', I love doing. I am definitely NOT a lazy person. haha.

My thought process may be a little 'abstract' for some people, yet it will make perfect sense to others. This process is best described as 'void'. If you are familiar with Japanese or Chinese philosophy then you already know exactly what I mean. For those who don't know, the best I can describe it is..I am thinking what you are not thinking. I do things because others say they cannot be done. I enjoy doing what others don't. If you want to have a more deep conversation about it, please let me know, I'd be more than happy to enlighten you. haha.

One thing that is particularly important to me is being healthy. I'm a health nut; but I'm not so anal that I will not enjoy some cheese cake or fried chicken now and then. I work out regularly, and am striving to a certain

OH oh? Time to brag, huh? haha. Yea okay hmm..

I used to do a lot of work with computers and was quite good with that. I still hold valid certifications from Microsoft and several others.

I'm also a licensed (Automotive and light duty truck) mechanic - close to master certification!

I'm striving hard to get my own business off the ground and going. I've learned ALOT about business and life in general through this experience. I've learned a good deal of what to do, and a bit of what not to do too. I'm not gonna lie, I've made mistakes and I'm prone to make many more in my life - but I try hard always to learn from them and not repeat them.

I'm fairly intelligent, I'm quick witted, a quick learner, and I pick up and retain foreign languages easier than others do.

Hmm.. time for another *I* sentence!! I also have great respect for martial arts, and in the past have spent a lot of time studying them and the cultures that they have stemmed from.

I'm very protective of my friends too. Through childhood and my teenage years, I've been in situations where someone wants to 'start' something with a friend of mine - I never really think about it and i just react and jump in the middle of it and keep my friends at a safer distance. I just 'react' to a lot of things like this. I've seen a number of car accidents in my life, I have NEVER once drove by one - I always get out to help, more than once I've been the only person out helping until the police and ambulance arrives. Yes, I'm also a member of the Red Cross. :)

I'd like to meet.. a Lady who is sweet, looking to enjoy life, has healthy habits, respectful, intelligent, and takes good care of her self, both mentally and physically. I feel that the way a person takes care of them self directly reflects on how they will take care of others in your their of need. Yes, I hold old fashioned views in many ways. :) I have many hobbies, and for someone to be able to share some of them with me would be the world to me. I would NOT like meet a lady who is bitter, jealous, controlling, lacks desire to DO anything with her life, and most importantly - disrespectful. :)
