I've been in Houghton/Hancock
for 6
years now, 4.5 to get
a BSME and
1.5 working for a
small
engineering company.
I'm very
devoted to my
friends, but
they've all moved
away now, and
I can't take
trips as often as
I would
like. I've always
been very
independent, so I'm
generally
happy and easy-going
even
without my friends, but I
also
feel like things could be
better.

An important of who I am
is that I follow through on everything I say I will, and
I should be able to count on
anyone I have
relationship
with to do the same.

I'm an
engineer, and in me that
means,
part jock and part geek.
I
like to read a lot,
especially SF, and most of the TV and
movies I catch run along
that
vein (unless it's
sports).
The church is also a big part of my life.
I go to Good Shepherd Lutheran in Houghton
and I'm currently the treasurer as well as a
council member.
I usually take
any opportunity
to enjoy the company of
my
church community.

I'm alive and I try to prove
it every day. I graduated
from
a tough engineering
program,
and I take some pride in
that,
but I'm not much into
bragging.

The woman I'm looking for should be athletic and full of energy. She should care about her appearance, but only for her own sake, not because of what others might think. She should be self-confident, and not too worried about will happen in the future because she'll be able to deal with it, whatever it is. I hope she'll share an interest in a good many of the activities I like, but as I said, those activities cover a wide range.
