I am a very romantic person, faithful, honest, monogamous, and independent. I am very emotionally healthy, which is probably why I haven't had a dated in a couple years. I'm not choosy, I just am careful about who I get involved with.   I am pretty much an open book and wear my heart on my sleeve. As I'm sure most know with age comes wisdom, and I try and learn from past relationships. I have from a very young age had a good understanding of what it takes to make a healthy relationship and have known what I've wanted all along...a life partner. I believe if it is suppose to happen, it will, I don't have to be in a relationship to be happy, but would definitely enjoy life more if there was a special person to share it with. A lover of life and learning, I've never finished school (college), but have worn many hats...retail management, caterer, restaurant owner, self taught personal chef, corporate events coordinator/employee special relationship manager, writer and currently a cosmetologist-stylist-Studio & Day Spa Owner.  I am just a very curious and creative person.

What is success?  Money, material items?  I would rather be broke (and probably will leave this world that way) knowing that I reached for my dreams, then actually having what most consider as successful. My accomplishments are my own.  I have reached some goals and have been very satisifed, and sometimes I've been disappointed.  I have many dreams and goals that I have yet to achieve, but that what life is for...continuing, learning and living.

Many people.  One to love, few to hold close, and many to learn from.  Age, appearance and the whole "gay" ideal doesn't matter so much to me.  Yes I must find someone attractive, but that may come from the energy they send out, the conversations that take place, how they move and hold themselves to the way they treat other people.
