My religion is very important in my life. I was brought up very fundamentalist conservative protestant. I still strive to keep this in my life despite accepting that I am lesbian. The headcovering is my choice as an adult and not forced on me as a child. I came to this decision after contemplating scripture. I choose this to honor God and to be more modest. I am less conservative in other ways. I still have fun with my friends and drink like any college student. Anything goes for sex as long as its consenting adults. I'm just laid back and like to live naturally. Someday I would like to live in the Rocky Mountains. As for the butch/femme dichotomy I am in the middle ground. Sure I like to cook delicious food and sew or do crafty things, but I also like working in technical science and riding my motorcycle.

As I write this I am finishing my first year at university in pursuit of my bachelors degree. After my 5 years here I will complete an internship to be a medical laboratory technologist. I plan on furthering my education to earn a masters and then doctorate degree eventually to become a professor. I am a very good alpine skier both recreationaly and competitively. I have competed in downhill racing through all of high school and now on the university team.
