I am one of the nicest people you will ever meet. I am an over-achiever who believes he can do anything... and so I do! I have 140+ IQ yet I'm also a certified welder. I love my job (teacher/coach) so much, I feel as if I've never had to work a day in my life. I'm one credit from a pre-med degree and I have a masters in education. I'm the chairman of the Science Department at Red Wing High School and until recently, I was the head football coach in town. I've also coached baseball for 20+ years (short tenure as Head Baseball coach at Duluth Central High School). In addition, I write grants to raise money for character education projects, as well as, character building projects at our high school and in our community. I've built outdoor classrooms at the middle school and high school, and I have plans to build a one-room schoolhouse at the high school. I love woodworking. I build clocks (only high-quality windup clocks), and I've built many beautiful homes... some worth more than $750,000. I wanted a pool at the last home I built, so I just built one myself. I love working on cars... I recently restored a 1976 Corvette (awesome car... maroon with black leather interior). I love building fine furniture (only the highest quality). I've built the cabinets in every home I've built and I wood burn meaningful pictures, etc on the cabinet fronts. I'm learning how to carve bears with a chainsaw, and I have a friend who is going to teach me how to work with stained glass. I give motivational talks to groups, clubs and organisations. I was chosen to be a finalist (top 25) for an astronauts position out of 6800 applicants. I trained with NASA for 4 years and still belong to the Network or Educational Astronaut Teachers (NEAT... "Old Farts" group of teachers who were astronaut "wanna-bes"). I am currently trying to market a few inventions that I have come up with, as well as writing a book (long story... I'll explain later).
