My name is Kelsey. I am a single parent of two small children who are my world and inspiration to keep moving forward with my life. Also, I'm a student that is studying and taking courses on Psychology.  Im undecided on what to major in at this point.  I have chosen the career of Psychology because I like to be there for an individual that is needing advice, support, or any thing to help them out in situations like friendships , asking themselvds whether they should or should not terminate them- this also includes in relationships-family relationships. 
Other than being a single parent and a full time student. I enjoy doing many things; such as : bowling, reading, studying, being out doors , playing sports, hanging out with friends and family, listening to music, watching movies, cooking, baking, sewing, every so often going out with friends to bars and having a few, and shopping. Along with many other kind of fun things to do.
I am the type of person that is always going to have your back, stick up for you, support you, and be there for you whenever may needed. I think of others more than myself.  I am the honest, trustworthy, respectful, and true to anyone. I do not play games with people or their minds.  I'm well-known for being strong, independant, and having a great personality.  I do enjoy  making people smile and/or laugh about the stupidest things but whatever it takes to get a frown off their face. Also, being well known as reading first impressions is a big quality of mine that i normally do have a pretty good sense of what the first impression is...also being very out spoken.  I tell people how I see it or if I do or do not like them I'll tell them.  I'm not afraid to hold back on anything when it comes verbally. 
Overall, I enjoy being a parent , a fulltime student, daughter, sister, and aunt. Every name has a different aspect on life . It's definatly a roller coaster sometimes, but in the end its well worth it.  - Live life

My accomplishments are :
 getting through a tough time when I lost my father at the age of 16.  Also, trying to seek my mom help when she needed it the most after his death. This happened back in 2005 and I gotta say its been one long road for my family and I.  We had been through so much that day, but we have had a lot of other times where life has also been tough.
Being able to move on in life after the two abusive relationships that have happened to me- with that being a single parent of two small children. I wouldn't be who I am today if the abuse never happened.  Yes, I know a person doesnt deserve it but it made me stronger and being able to stand up for myself instead of being scared and afraid of those who have hurt me in the past. They are the past now and thats where they shall stay.  It's time to move forward and start the next chapter of my life which is to finish school-be there for my children and somewhere along the way find that guy that makes me weak at the knees.
After, being out of high school for six years, I finally enrolled into college for my Pscyhology degree.  I have been in school since January 2011.  I have enjoyed a lot of it and being able to have friends on a daily basis go through something that they are experiencing and being able to help them-puts a smiles on my face every time I help someone.

I'm looking for someone who shares some/a lot/ most qualties as I do.  I would like to meet someone who has a great personality, but knows when to take situations seriously.  A guy who is supportive, trustworthy, clean cut, generous, romantic, funny, smart, kind, sweet, caring, family guy, understanding, giving, laid back, down to earth kind of a guy.  Someone who isn't fake and/or a little boy.  I need a real man who will look past an image, except /love me for who i am and except and/or not being afraid of committing to someone who has children already.  I know that its hard to except that but children are a gift .  My children and other children hold a special place in my heart and that's what I'd like for that "special someone" to also feel.  Also, a guy who isnt afraid of commitment, fallling in love, or realtionships in general. I've had my share in bad relatonships with guys who have physically, mentally, emotionally, and verbally abused me.  i don't need that nor do my children.  I'd like to find a guy who has " a heart of gold" someone who excepts most / all things that happen in life.  Someone who knows what / where they are going/wanting in their life.  Of course, the love that I had mentioned takes time.  It may also seem like that I want it right now, but no I'd like to start out as friends first, talk, go out on dates/hang out, and just to see where that road takes us.  Step by step, little by little. This is VERY IMPORTANT! based on my experiences in the past of me being good looking.  I am respectfully asking for those out there that are piggish, rude, simple minded guys who think with the wrong head to please not contact me.  Sorry, to be so harsh but I am more interested into learning about the person.  Sexual intercourse, is imporrtant, but that comes later into the picture rather than right away.  Thank you :) Hope to hear from you :)
