Starting over and hoping to find a man who has interests similar to mine. A sense of humor is a must!
I am intelligent, independent and at 51, I know exactly what I am looking for in a man. Travel has been a big part of my life and I enjoy studying different world cultures. Life itself has not always been kind, but my faith in God has always brought me through. I believe that we have two choices when we find that life has thrown unexpected trials and pain - we can either be bitter or better and difficult as it may be, I've always chosen to be better. I've grown over the years through adversity. I enjoy the simple things in life and enjoy cooking homemade everything. I would like to meet a man who appreciates having a good, decent, honest and faithful woman in his life. I do not play games and do not want them played on me.
It is important to me to smile everyday and give others a helping hand when needed. I enjoy Church events, reading, auto racing events, walking and spending some time with my close friends. My communication skills are excellent and I love to teach others the importance of reading and learning as much as possible.
